Traffic Analysis
Watchfire offers a comprehensive
traffic analysis as a free service to customers. This includes a study of the vehicle traffic and demographic data in the immediate area of your site. You'll then receive a complete report and an interpretation of the results, including an LED signage feasibility rating.
The Watchfire traffic analysis is an important early step in your purchasing decision, and it is provided to you at no charge, with no obligation. Many customers are surprised about the incredible impact an LED sign can have on their business.

Warranty
The Watchfire Limited Warranty covers all sign electronics and LEDs on your Watchfire LED sign for a full five years. To the best of our knowledge, this warranty—five times longer than most—is the best in the sign industry.
Tech Support & Troubleshooting
Our manuals and website contain extensive lists of frequently asked questions to help identify and fix trouble areas. In addition, Watchfire tech support reps are available to answer questions six days a week. Our outstanding customer support record shows that there's a 9-in-10 chance you'll speak to a tech rep when you call during business hours. If not, Watchfire gives you the option to leave a message and we will return your call — usually within four minutes — so there's no need to wait on hold.
Database Management
Watchfire stores your sign’s entire sales and installation history, including any tech calls you’ve made in the past. These records are invaluable when troubleshooting individual signs. There’s no need to waste time repeating (or remembering) past installation or service history. We can serve you better and faster because everything is right at our fingertips.
Software Training
Watchfire provides Ignite® software specialists to our customers that require training beyond what is available in our excellent self-tutorial owner’s manual.
Watchfire offers:
• Scheduled phone and online training courses with a live software specialist (Tuesday through Thursday, four time slots per day)
• For end users: help with designs and scheduling and more detailed help with Ignite

Sign Specification Guides
To maintain the best quality display of video displays, text, photos and animated graphics, color sign dimensions should follow our recommended aspect ratio. Traffic Analysis
While working with a customer, the Watchfire traffic analysis provides a valuable way for you to illustrate the impact an LED sign can have at their location. A traffic analysis is factual, easy-to-interpret, and brings some real numbers into a process that can feel like a gamble to some customers. Tech Support & Troubleshooting
The Watchfire tech support department is here for your tech workers six days a week. Call or e-mail with general questions, or during a repair while on-site.
Parts
Orders received and processed by 2:00 pm CST typically ship the same day. Every effort is made to get parts to dealers the next business day. Instead of shipping the damaged board to us and waiting for your replacement part to arrive, Watchfire will ship replacement parts directly to you immediately after you call. Once you receive the part, simply remove the old part and replace it with the new one. As a result, your sign is only down for a few minutes.
Watchfire promises to support every sign model for ten years after the last sign is shipped. When our competitors' signs become obsolete, they sometimes stop offering support or they charge you more. This won't happen with Watchfire. Just another reason we're the industry's leading LED sign manufacturer.
